As a Financial Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and document preparation.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (or currently studying).
- 6 to 12 months experience in a similar accounting role.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to rapidly learn accountancy software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements
- Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online.
- Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers.
- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment.
