Paradise Dam Improvement Project: A Financial Administrator Role

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team for the Paradise Dam Improvement Project. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate and administer financial reporting deliverables, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the project finance team as required to assist with daily tasks and reporting obligations.
  • Effectively communicate financial reporting deadlines and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Manage invoice payments for relevant finance matters using Oracle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience working with a Tier 1 construction company.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience in JDE and Oracle preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a project environment and deliver on deadlines.
  • Experience in end-of-month reporting, claim submissions, purchase orders, and procurement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in relation to confidential information.
