Financial Administrator

At Flight Centre Travel Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our Corporate Accounts Payable team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment to our suppliers.
This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for someone new to accounting or accounts payable. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices received from suppliers, chasing hotels for statements and invoicing clients within service level agreements, and assisting operational staff and suppliers with queries. You will also work closely with the wider finance team to ensure that accounts payable processes are followed accurately.
To be successful in this role, you will require basic math and accounting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required), and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as employee share scheme through EquatePlus, access to in-house financial and health services, and internal 24/7 gym.
