About the Role
This permanent part-time position as a Support Worker is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with disability. You will work in a team environment to provide a range of services, assisting clients to live independently, engage in their community, and participate in meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients to live as independently as possible, assisting with activities of daily living such as menu planning, cooking, and cleaning.
- Provide personal care needs and assist with medication, as required.
- Deliver person-centred programs to support clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans, utilising positive behaviour strategies.
- Communicate with families about clients' progress and share information to ensure continuity of care.
