About the Role

HammondCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Bugari Respite Cottage in Terrey Hills. As a Care Worker, you will provide individualised support to our guests, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver care to guests in our Bugari Respite Cottage, providing personal care, medication supervision, and specialised care according to each client's care plan.
  • Support guests with daily tasks, social activities, and meals, promoting a relaxing and enjoyable environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage.
  • First Aid certificate desirable.

  • A strong team player, who can communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
