About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live independently. You will provide a range of services, including assisting clients with activities of daily living, supporting them to participate in their community, and working to behaviour support plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care needs and medication
  • Support clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community
  • Work to behaviour support plans using positive behaviour strategies
  • Communicate with families about clients' progress

About You

We're looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disability. You will have experience in the disability sector, be able to support others with personal and hygiene care, and possess personal qualities of resilience, empathy, and self-confidence.
