Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist to join our team at a reputable organisation in the transport and logistics space, located near Melbourne Airport.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our front office. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Reception roles and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors into the front office space
  • Answer and transfer calls to relevant staff
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Ordering and monitoring of office supplies
  • Maintaining of office and reception space
About You:

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Previous experience working in Reception roles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional presentation
