Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cox Purtell.
This role will involve providing administrative support to our team and wider business, including travel booking, meeting room setup, and procurement.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office manager role, strong communication skills, and full working rights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the team and wider business
- Booking travel and arranging meetings
- Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Greeting visitors and guests
- Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Accepting deliveries and liaising with couriers
- Assisting with procurement
- Organising trainings
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office manager role
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Full working rights
- A current driving license with your own car
Desirables:
- Experience working within payroll or accounts
- Previous experience in a similar industry
