HS1 Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and organized HS1 Administrative Support Specialist to join our Health Independence Programs team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
As an HS1 Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, patient administration system data entry, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and supporting clinicians.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience working in a reception setting and a broad range of administrative duties. You will possess good teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills, as well as strong computer literacy.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a healthcare setting, a current National criminal history check, or be willing to obtain one. Salary classifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $63,138 per annum, pro rata).

The Health Independence Program (HIP) aims to deliver improved outcomes for clients and support hospital demand management and flow. As an HS1 Administrative Support Specialist, you will be part of the HIP Rehabilitation & Clinics team, which consists of Community Rehabilitation Centres at Kew and Fairfield, the Rehabilitation in the Home team, and the Specialist Clinics at Kew and Fitzroy.
