We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alfred Health, a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) with Monday to Friday working hours. The successful candidate will report to the Administration Team Leader of the Referral-In Team and will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support regular review of the Specialist Consulting Clinics Waitlist.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Generating communications with patients on the waitlist and responding to enquiries
- Removing patients who no longer require an appointment with the Specialist Consulting Clinics or who are not contactable
- Generating appropriate correspondence to the patient and the referrer
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated computer proficiency including MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
- Able to plan workflow, prioritise, and delegate to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including salary packaging, novated leasing, onsite gym, and easy public transport access.
