Key Business Development Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth in Asia Pacific, focusing on RF technology sales and strategic partnerships.

About the Position

This role requires a commercially astute, self-motivated individual with a strong background in RF solutions, who can identify new opportunities, build relationships, and navigate growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, with regular travel across Asia to engage with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for North and Central Asia.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the RF technology sector, particularly in Public Safety, Transport, Mining, Telecommunications, and Industrial markets.
  • Manage existing accounts while driving new partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client need assessments.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored RF solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of BDM experience in RF technology, RF components, or RF systems.
  • Strong network and market knowledge in the Asia Pacific region, ideally in North and Central Asia.
  • Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across the Asia region.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in an Asian language is a plus.
  • Background in engineering, electronics, or telecommunications highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in government or enterprise RF projects advantageous.
