Seeking a highly qualified Academic Leader to join our team at The University of Notre Dame Australia. As Associate Dean Learning and Teaching, you will provide leadership and expertise to the Faculty in learning and teaching, ensuring effective development and implementation of the annual Faculty Plan from a learning and teaching perspective.

The successful candidate will have excellent academic and research qualifications, with a strong track record in the scholarship of learning and teaching and best practice pedagogies. You will also possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating organisational change in a national, multi-campus, and multi-state context.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including the PVC Student Engagement and the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Learning & Teaching Office, to ensure alignment with broader learning and teaching strategies and frameworks.

In this position, you will be responsible for advancing learning and teaching in the Faculty consistent with the University's mission, strategic direction, and identity as a Catholic higher education institution.

You will lead a dispersed team of Faculty staff in the development, implementation, delivery, and review of learning and teaching frameworks and associated strategies across the Faculty.
