Job Description

The Learning Success Associate will partner with business leaders and HR to provide the interface between the business and L&D. They will be accountable for ownership and delivery of programs of work that align to initiatives associated with learning and development in the APAC region.

This role requires strong communication skills and ability to foster and develop relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for developing people, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

This role is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra, offering a great opportunity for someone to make the move into an area they have been waiting to get into or willing to take the next step from a support role into a more client-facing role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years experience in a HR support role or strong interest in L&D and have had experience in an admin or support capacity working with stakeholders.
  • Tertiary education in HR or related field which may include Business, Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources.
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
