We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates, develop your sales skills, and build towards a successful future as a mortgage broker or finance professional.

This role provides the perfect stepping stone to mortgage broking, offering a solid foundation in sales, an intimate knowledge of home lending, and opportunities for career progression within our business. As a Sales Associate, you'll handle inbound customer enquiries, make outbound contact with leads, and drive qualified opportunities into the diaries of our Aussie and Lendi brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs
  • Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key information

We offer a competitive estimated salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and performance. This role is ideal for final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
