Learning Solutions Professional

Fujitsu, a global leader in technology and business solutions, is seeking a Learning Solutions Professional to join its small Learning Team.
This role will be accountable for ownership and delivery of programs of work that align to initiatives associated with learning and development in the APAC region. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and HR to provide the interface between the business and L&D.
Key responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders to understand and quantify L&D requirements, curating and directing towards global solutions available or off-the-shelf solutions provided by local vendors. This is a true business partnering role, requiring strong communication skills and ability to foster and develop relationships.
The Learning Solutions team works closely with Capability Development Managers and the Learning Solutions team to ensure proposed solutions provide efficient, high-quality learning experiences.
Ongoing support and learning opportunities will be available for continued development and growth within the niche field.
This role is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Canberra, offering a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative company.
Requirements include 1-2 years experience in a HR support role or strong interest in L&D, tertiary education in HR or related field, genuine passion for developing people, and strong business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively is essential, as well as strong concern for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. Good presentation and facilitation skills are also required, along with learning agility and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus benefits including flexible work arrangements, volunteering leave, and professional development opportunities.
