Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position within our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate records and stay up-to-date with all relevant information related to bookings.
  • Manage multiple bookings simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Process payment bookings and conduct end-of-day cash-ups in accordance with established procedures.
  • Finalize QA bookings while applying promotions and coordinating with third-party providers as required.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and manifests are prepared for the next day's operations.
  • Respond to guest feedback in a courteous and professional manner.

  2. Manage and coordinate bookings, ensuring seamless execution of customer experiences.
