We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Cruise Consultant. This position will be responsible for assisting customers in discovering and booking their dream experiences.


About The Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include managing bookings, processing payments, coordinating with third-party providers, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with all things related to cruises - products, timetables, and promotions.
  • Manage Bookings: Accurately manage bookings from email, phone, web chat, and direct sources using a custom system.
  • Process Payments: Process payment bookings and ensure end-of-day cash-ups are accurate.
  • Coordinate Bookings: Coordinate bookings with third-party providers with precision.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our policies and procedures.
  • Collect Information: Collect and provide catering information.
  • Provide Service: Provide great service in the retail store and upsell merchandise.
  • Prepare for Operations: Prepare necessary paperwork and manifests for the next day's operations.
  • Respond to Feedback: Respond to guest feedback in a friendly manner, following our policies and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong customer service and sales skills. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask competing priorities while maintaining a solution-based mindset under pressure. Team player experience and high energy levels are essential in this role.
