We operate a range of vessels offering tour services, including sailing catamarans and other high-quality boats. Our team is friendly, experienced, and dedicated to making every day special.

About the Role

We seek an enthusiastic reservations consultant to join our team. This permanent full-time position is located at the picturesque Port of Airlie.

As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in helping them discover and book their dream experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Staying up to date with all things related to our products, timetables, and promotions
  • Managing bookings from various sources using Custom Linc
  • Processing payment bookings and finalising end-of-day cash-ups accurately
  • Checking and finalising QA bookings while applying relevant promotions
  • Coordinating bookings with third-party providers with precision
  • Keeping up to date with our Reservations Policies and Procedures
  • Collecting and providing catering information
  • Providing great service in the Retail Store and upselling merchandise
  • Preparing necessary paperwork and manifests for the next day's operations
  • Responding to guest feedback in a friendly manner, following our Policies & Procedures

Requirements

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service/sales
  • Certificate II in Tourism or Business Administration (desired)
  • Driver's License (desired)
  • Familiarity with CustomLinc or similar reservation platform (desired)
