About this role
The Reservations Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and booking experiences for our guests.
Based on Hamilton Island, this permanent, full-time position requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and bookings
- Managing email, phone, web chat, and direct bookings with high attention to detail
- Correctly processing booking payments and finalizing daily cash-ups
- Staying up-to-date with cruise products, timetables, and promotions
Requirements include:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer services/sales
- Australian driver's license (desirable)
- Certificate II in Tourism or Business Administration (desirable)
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong guest service orientation, and a keen eye for detail. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others plan their perfect experiences.
