Reservations Consultant Role

About us:

We are a leading marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays, operating 10 modern vessels and offering a range of tours. We also operate Australia's first underwater accommodation, Reefsuites, and a Reefsleep glamping experience.

The Reservations Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries and booking experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong guest service orientation, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, timetables, and promotions.
  • Accurately process bookings and finalize end-of-day cash transactions.
  • Verify and finalize QA bookings, including applying applicable promotions.
  • Book third-party providers accurately.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with natural ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
