Business Development Specialist

As a seasoned sales professional, we're seeking an individual with exceptional business acumen to drive growth and expansion in the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national and state strategies, leading initiatives to engage with external stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships in the defined territory
  • Activating all sales cycle objectives with customers
  • Ensuring agreed customer service standards are met
  • Executing national and state strategies to achieve volume, distribution, and profit outcomes
  • Implementing channel activations at a territory/precinct level
  • Managing customer accrual funds under direction and approval
  • Identifying partnership opportunities

Requirements include:

  • Proven success as a sales professional
  • Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, or Management
  • FMCG or Alcohol Industry experience preferred

This is a full-time position with varied hours, including evenings and weekends. You'll also need to have the right to work in Australia.
