
Business Growth Marketing Specialist

The Role:
As a business growth marketing specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and business development activities to maximize the value of our initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing plans that deepen the benefits of our partnerships for both fund growth and member engagement.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with our Partnership and Business Development teams, designing and implementing new marketing initiatives, and managing stakeholder advertising and communications.
Additional tasks may include coordinating campaign design, customer segmentation, messaging, and analytics, as well as launching, optimizing, and communicating campaigns based on previous performance.
This role requires demonstrated experience in supporting sales or business development teams, delivering activations, and driving value through partnerships.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, sponsorships, or PR is also required.
- Strong direct marketing and campaign management skills are essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
