The Role

We are seeking a marketer who excels at driving business outcomes through strategic marketing campaigns. As our Paid and Performance Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results. You will leverage your expertise in paid media, performance marketing, and analytics to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive ROI-positive results

- Manage and optimise paid media channels, including search, social, and display

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Requirements:

- 3-4 years' experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing

- Proven success in driving ROI-positive campaigns across multiple channels

- Strong analytical skills and experience with budget management and forecasting

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools
