Job DescriptionAs a Senior Bovine Genetics Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key resellers and farmers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales plans to support national strategic objectives
- Maintain and expand relationships with key resellers and farmers
- Manage unit sales and revenue generation from assigned customer accounts
- Develop and implement direct herd sales programs for assigned herds
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the bovine genetics industry or related field
- Strong commercial acumen with sales and marketing expertise
- In-depth knowledge of bovine primary producing industry and associated technology
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
