About the Role

In this exciting position as Regional Sales Manager at Agri Talent, you will play a vital role in driving growth in the dairy and beef sectors. As part of our team, you will work closely with the executive team to manage key accounts and develop regional sales plans that support our national strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive growth in dairy and beef sectors
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with key resellers in your region
  • Manage and participate in industry marketing opportunities in the region
  • Procure and maintain accurate customer information for the region
  • Manage inventories, consignment, accounts receivable and monthly reports

About You

We are seeking a passionate and experienced sales professional with a solid track record in achieving sales targets within the bovine genetics industry. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. In-depth knowledge of bovine primary producing industry and associated technology is essential.
