Front of House Coordinator Opportunity
Pkf Australia is seeking a motivated and organized Front of House Coordinator to join our Newcastle team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing incoming calls, and handling mail and maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office services to support seamless daily operations.
- Manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Lead maintenance coordination to ensure our office environment is well-maintained and operational.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to engage professionally with clients, visitors, and the team.
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Initiative to take ownership of tasks and improve office processes.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to step into more complex responsibilities when needed.
