ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of projects across various sectors. Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors, the successful candidate will gain valuable experience and training, contributing to the smooth operation and completion of projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic team, actively participate in key stages of project management, and build foundational skills for a successful career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing and coordinating property projects
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure timely project delivery
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to meet project goals
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and assist in resolving project-related issues
  • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Property, or related field
  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is desirable
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
