The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Support Coordinator to join our diverse team based in Newcastle. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
As a Front Desk Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house area, including meeting room presentation and responding to internal facilities requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will also provide project support as required, working closely with our internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position based in our Newcastle office. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients
- Manage the front-of-house area, including meeting room presentation and facilities requests
- Provide project support as required, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls
About You
- Full Australian working rights without restrictions
- Previous experience working in a call centre or front desk environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
