About the Role
Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our growing team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Claims Operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Registration of new claims and processing of expenses and entitlements
- Lodging and referring incoming correspondence, assisting with the processing of letters and other transactions
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, and regulatory bodies
- Participate in key business projects and initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, with exceptional time management and organisational skills. You will also have excellent attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, and a strong sense of team and collaboration.
