We are seeking a highly organized Claims Support Officer to provide exceptional support to our Personal Injury Claims teams. This is a 12-month full-time contract opportunity based in Brisbane CBD.

What you'll do:

Claim Lodgement Functions

  • Lodge Personal Injury claims, investigate and follow up additional information to complete the lodgement.
  • Validate claim details for lodgement and refer to business partners.
  • Manage complex escalations from business partners and insurance phone queues.

Business Support Functions

  • Prepare and dispatch outbound correspondence in support of claim lodgement and management.
  • Manage the request, receipt and dispatch of claim information, schedule independent medical examinations and prepare required documentation.
  • Undertake review and audit tasks as directed.

Team Accountabilities

  • Support and participate in a collaborative team environment, maintaining your own Enlighten data.
  • Adhere to Suncorp values and behaviours.
