About the Role

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our growing team in Brisbane. As a Claims Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our Claims Operations team, ensuring the smooth processing of claims and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Claims Operations team, including registration of new claims, processing of expenses and entitlements, and lodging and referring incoming correspondence.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Participate in key business projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration, with a resilient attitude.
