A Day in the Life
You'll be responsible for:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing
- Booking and allocating assessments to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution
- Managing assessor work volumes to maintain high levels of productivity and service quality
- Arranging quotes for repairers to ensure cost-effective and efficient claim resolution
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Claims experience, with a strong understanding of the claims process and associated procedures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
