Your responsibilities will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, booking and allocating assessments, managing assessor work volumes, arranging quotes for repairers, and responding to enquiries.
You'll be joining an experienced team and helping our customers navigate the repair management process.
Key to your success:
- Claims experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer service experience
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
