Your Role
- Provide administrative support to teams in the Claims Operations department, ensuring seamless claim processing and customer satisfaction.
- Registration of new claims; Processing of expenses and entitlements; Lodging and referring incoming correspondence, assisting with the processing of letters and other transactions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc.
- Participate in key business projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's continued success.
About You
- A minimum of previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation.
- A strong sense of team and collaboration.
- A resilient attitude.
