Your Role

  • Provide administrative support to teams in the Claims Operations department, ensuring seamless claim processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Registration of new claims; Processing of expenses and entitlements; Lodging and referring incoming correspondence, assisting with the processing of letters and other transactions.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc.
  • Participate in key business projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's continued success.

About You

  • A minimum of previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation.
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration.
  • A resilient attitude.
