About the Role

ACRWORLD is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to site teams and staff on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Safety or higher qualification in safety management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
