We are seeking an experienced rehabilitation and injury management specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical administration and case management support to our rehabilitation and injury management advisors.
- This role involves providing rehabilitation and return-to-work support for employees, as well as supporting the implementation of business unit employee engagement plans.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with insurers.
- The successful candidate will also assist with the management of rehabilitation case files, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company requirements.
- This role requires a strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations, as well as the ability to provide support for early intervention cases and non-work-related conditions.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the rehabilitation and workers' compensation team to achieve cost-effective outcomes in relation to injured worker management and pre-employment medical processes.
