  • Effective communication with WorkSafe agents, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation providers, claimants, and relevant parties to ensure seamless claims resolution.
  • Developing and implementing outcome-driven workers' compensation return-to-work strategies in collaboration with injured employees, managers, and healthcare specialists.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation management, with hands-on expertise in claims and injury management within complex organisations.
  • Return to Work Coordinator Certification.
  • A thorough understanding of Victorian Worker's Compensation and Injury Management legislation.
