About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Contract Administrator to join our New Building Solutions team in Port Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to our sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team, including data entry and processing sales records in Salesforce.
  • Manage sales inquiries for New Building Solutions and assist the sales team with contract and administration tasks.
  • Coordinate project invoicing and billing management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and operational teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist operations with customer drawing approval, including interior selections, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or contract administration processing is desirable.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
