Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at the Department of Justice and Community Safety. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manager, EM ICN Telecommunications Contracts in the establishment and maintenance of robust contract administration processes and procedures for key national, state and EMV Technology contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide primary contract administrative advice, support and reports ready for presentation to periodic meetings and governance forums with stakeholders.
  2. Provide contract administration support and advice in response to stakeholder enquiries.
  3. Assist the Contract Manager with the performance of financial management activities in relation to EM Technology and Telecommunication contracts.
  4. Administer EAS site lease payments and other invoicing duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. State government procurement and contract management experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Department of Justice and Community Safety's technology and operating systems is desirable.
