About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Contract Administrator to join our New Building Solutions team in Port Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to our sales team and customers, ensuring seamless contract management and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team, including data entry, project invoicing, and billing management.
  • Manage sales inquiries for New Building Solutions, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Assist the Sales team with contract and administration tasks, including formalized handovers from Sales to Operations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales, legal, and operational teams, to ensure smooth contract management and sales operations.
  • Assist Operations with customer drawing approval, including interior selections, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or contract administration processing role is desirable.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates drive and persistence, consistently striving to meet goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, with an advantage if you have experience with these tools.
  • High level of energy and professionalism, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
