About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Brook Recruitment. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient operations and effective client engagement. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.

Your Daily Duties Will Include:

  • Creating and updating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content to effectively promote our services and clients
  • Assisting the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for potential clients
  • Providing administrative assistance to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling appointments, preparing contracts and agreements, and maintaining client databases using CRM software
  • Handling incoming leads from various sources and tracking their progress through the sales pipeline using CRM software
  • Preparing regular reports on sales activities, results, and KPIs for management review
  • Planning and creation of EDMs to the database, monitoring and analysing key metrics

As the Successful Candidate You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva)
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent
