As a Land Contracting Coordinator, you will work closely with accommodation, touring, car-hire providers, and regional and state tourism organizations to ensure that our leisure booking platforms have the latest rates and availability of products.

You will also act as a central point of contact for all departments and supplier enquiries, providing a high level of administration support year-round.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-solve complex issues and work with suppliers to successfully negotiate the resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate supplier information and communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Sourcing and negotiating annual contracts and tactical offers, ensuring clear guidelines are provided to the Content Team for accurate loading.
  • Sourcing of specials and tactical campaign offers from suppliers in accordance with business needs.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Good destination knowledge of Australia.
  • Knowledge of Tourplan.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and promptly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and deliver results.
  • Proven team player.
