Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Hyatt Centric Melbourne

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Centric Melbourne. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering relationships with clients and guests, and executing marketing campaigns to increase room and corporate bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Managers and Directors to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage digital and social media platforms, and assist with promotional and sponsorship requests
  • Work with the graphic designer and print supplier to create impactful visual content for marketing campaigns
  • Develop compelling offers with the Food & Beverage team, and conduct competitor analysis to ensure promotions stay competitive and innovative
  • Seek creative sponsorship and partnership opportunities reflective of the Hyatt Centric brand
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase room and corporate bookings, events, and extend our market reach
  • Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage department, and assist in creating digital marketing assets, designing menus, and collateral
  • Efficiently handle sales enquiries, issue quotes and contracts using Envision software, and follow up on sales leads and conduct site inspections
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and guests
