We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Contract Administrator to join our New Building Solutions team in Port Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our sales team and customers, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team, including data entry, project invoicing, and billing management.
  • Manage sales inquiries for New Building Solutions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist the Sales team with contract and administration tasks, including formalized handovers from Sales to Operations.
  • Liaise internally with Sales, legal, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist Operations with customer drawing approval, including interior selections.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or contract administration processing role is desirable.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (advantageous).
  • High level of energy and professionalism.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude.
