
Investigation Case Manager

Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, including documents, interviews, and evidence collected. Prepare comprehensive reports on findings.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage a personal portfolio of claims and assist team members as needed.
- Liaise with external investigation services to provide instructions on information required during the investigation.
- Develop an Investigation Plan (as necessary) and obtain approval from the Fraud Investigations Team leader.
- Conduct objective, fair, and timely investigations while adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
- Review complex or suspicious cases and prepare investigation plans, identifying missing or inconsistent data.
- Make informed decisions on claims based on sound evidence and communicate outcomes to customers.
- Provide support on potentially fraudulent claims escalated to Customer Dispute Resolution prior to and after submission to the Ombudsman.
- Experience in Insurance Claims is preferred.
- You should have good computer and administration skills.
- A strong understanding of insurance legislation and processes is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, are required.
- You must be able to work autonomously and develop professional resilience.
