Job Overview
">- We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage investigations, audits, and debt recovery processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement governance systems for criminal investigations, debt recovery, and auditing frameworks.
- Provide oversight and support to the Quality Assurance team in reviewing investigation techniques, evidence gathering, and preparing matters for prosecution.
- Support the Manager in leading criminal investigations and civil litigation debt recovery cases.
- Lead and foster a robust risk management culture.
- Pursue opportunities that contribute to the ongoing viability of our schemes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
">- Strong investigations skills, including case management and ensuring the quality of briefs of evidence.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining governance systems for audits, debt recovery, and criminal investigations.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Strategic leadership experience and ability to influence change.
