We're seeking an
experienced Investigations Manager
to oversee a portfolio of General Insurance investigations (motor & property). This is a leadership role managing and guiding investigators, overseeing cases, and liaising with insurers to ensure quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee motor and property investigations across Australia.
- Review reports and evidence to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality.
- Support and mentor investigators to deliver best practice outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice to insurers and liaise directly with senior stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and adapt to industry changes.
About You
- Background in
General Insurance investigations
(essential). - Experience
conducting and managing investigations
. - Strong knowledge of the
General Insurance Code of Practice & Privacy requirements
. - Excellent communicator with strong analytical and time management skills.
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative, professional approach.
