Job Title: Customer Care Consultant

This role is part of our Contact Centre team, providing personal and confidential customer service across multiple platforms for Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.

You'll be the face of MMS, ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients while mastering complex products and systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
