Job Description:

Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and excellence in fleet and corporate sales across VIC and NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for sales volumes, revenue, and margin across NSW and VIC fleet operations.
  2. Formulate strategies to optimize fleet sales volumes and profitability aligned with national objectives.
  3. Nurture strong relationships with key Fleet Management Organizations (FMOs) and corporate clients.
  4. Support product launches and activations within the fleet and corporate channel.
  5. Collaborate with OEM partners to synchronize strategies and enhance program support.
About You:
  1. Proven leadership experience in fleet and corporate sales.
  2. Strong track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the automotive fleet sales ecosystem.
