The Opportunity

As Head of Technology, you will drive innovation in support of our strategic intent. Leveraging existing foundations, you will shape ElectraNet's technology strategy over four years.

This role is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a clear technology roadmap aligned with strategic intent
  • Contemporary technology practices to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions
  • Increased technology maturity across the business
  • Continuous evolution of ElectraNet's technology function, including systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security
About You

To be successful, you should possess:

  • Extensive senior technology leadership experience in complex corporate and Operational Technology environments
  • Forward-thinking approach to technology with significant functional knowledge and delivery experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate technology trends into business opportunities
  • Experience driving performance culture within a technology function to deliver positive business enablement and impact
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Tertiary degree in relevant IT field or equivalent experience at senior leadership level
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000
